Us ADHDers’ desire to please, insatiable need to say yes to everything, and many executive function challenges make it feel like we’re running in circles (that is, when we can even get up to run!).

ADHD coaching is specifically designed to help you learn what your unique brain needs to move forward in your strengths and passions toward your most desired goals.

Get moving

Our brains are fueled by interest.  Additionally we rarely lack interesting pursuits to follow (squirrel there, shiny object over there, etc.).  However, we are not always able to focus our energies on the thing we need to focus on at the time.

Did you know that determining your core  values can really help? 

Our values can help give us direction, motivation, self regulation, increased sense of self, and improved executive function.  

How does one find their core values, you ask?  I can help!  Check out this affordable (just $97) mini-course!  

Over the course of two sessions, coupled with some homework, we will reveal your core values, examine what they mean to you, and start an action plan for how to live in alignment with them.  

Create your own journey

Though a catered journey can be helpful, ADHD coaching is not dependent on fancy workbooks or pre-determined journeys.  Depending on your situation, sometimes it works best when it’s you in the driver’s seat.  You are, after all, a unique and very capable human!  

In these sessions, we’ll coach on whatever aspect of life you feel is most impacted by your ADHD at the time.  

I offer packages of three coaching sessions that will be entirely guided by you.  The first package is priced at $800 US and subsequent packages are $750 US.   (payment plans and a sliding scale are available upon request) 

Forge your Path

My signature coaching program will get you moving towards becoming your best self. Throughout 10 sessions we’ll explore and learn about your unique brain. We’ll identify your strengths, your passions, and your needs and use this information to not only chart a course that will move you through your current struggles and onto the path you’re meant for, but you will also learn what supports you need to keep you moving forward even if you hit a bump in the road.

During this amazing, in depth course, we’ll explore your unique ADHD brain, identify your strengths, sus out your passions, create a toolbox to meet your needs, and forge a path that truly compliments your unique brilliance.

You will:

  • Exit this journey with a trail map to your unique version of your best self
  • Have a sense of purpose that guides you along that map
  • Be able to notice and apply your strengths
  • Have tools to help you overcome whatever obstacles you may face
  • And last, but not least, you will have a better understanding of your very own weird and wonderful brain.

You get all of this for $2,500 US (payment plans and a sliding scale are available upon request)
